In creating a slideshow and adding a blank slide with text, I am unable to write the letter “s” or the space bar from my keyboard. I also read a few people with the same problem in apple support communities with no answer.
I just bought Aperture from the Mac Appstore (3.4.3) and running Mountain Lion on a 24” iMac with Intel processor. I am using a Bamboo tablet as well.
Very weird issue. Can someone help?

I found in an Apple Support thread that unplugging and replugging the usb connector of the Bamboo tablet gives back the “s” and the space bar to the keyboard. It works! I am taking the time to write this as it is very frustrating of not being able to write appropriate text in the slideshow for those who might be interested.

Yes, it’s weird how tablet drivers can cause some issues … and they don’t always seem to be universal across all users and platforms … very strange …
