Just returned from Apple store where Aperture expert informed me that all edits made in Photos on my iPhone6 plus, are lost when imported to Aperture or iPhoto. Even when a filter is chosen before clicking, that filter is lost after importing. The only long-winded and frustrating way I discovered for getting around this is to upload to iCloud, then import to Aperture, but that loses all meta-data which I have to manually re-enter and manually delete photos from Iphone. Crazy. Hoping there is a better solution out there! Thanks.
