This is our inaugural interview for the new “Business of the Business” interview series, talking with people in the photo, film and content creation industry about the BUSINESS side of their business. How did they get here, how do they maintain, and how do they operate behind the scenes?

Today's guest is Caleb Pike of the DSLR Video Shooter YouTube channel with (as of Aug 2018) nearly 300,000 subscribers. He started his career in filmmaking doing client work, then launched a YouTube channel in its early years, which eventually grew into his full time gig. Today he releases regular videos on YouTube around video education, tips and tricks, as well as product reviews and in-depth tutorials.
