Aperture Inspector does not open the Library with non-Latin characters in the name (eg with Russian characters or umlauts ü,õ,ä…).

Error: Cannot access Aperture library.

Alex,

FYI Stig, the creator of Aperture Inspector, is on vacation right now. He’ll be back in about a week and will respond to your question then. Unfortunately in the meantime the only help I can offer is to say to rename the Aperture library using standard english characters.

Hi
Aperture Inspector uses the Adobe AIR file-api to locate the library. If the AIR-framework does not support non ascii it cannot be fixed by me I am afraid. In that case we’ll have to wait for a fix from Adobe.
I’ll look into it, but can’t promise anything.
cheers
Stig
