Exporting from Aperture to a memory card #1

I want to print (outside service) some photos from Aperture. I’ve connected an SD memory card via a card reader to my iMac and dropped exported photos from the desktop into the “card” (the floppy disk reader icon that appears when I connect the card reader to the Mac). When I open this icon, it shows the photos have been copied, yet when I plugg the card into my camera (a Panny GH3) to check, it says no valid photos. What am I doing wrong?

I can answer my own qtn.  The photos were saved to the card just fine. For some reason the camera could read them but the printer system could.

Cameras expect a specific folder structure. Placing the images at the top level folder of the card will likely result on the camera not seeing them. I can’t speak for printers.
