I have run Aperture with Photoshop CS5.1 quite happily until the upgrade on 17th Oct.  

I usually open pictures from Aperture into Photoshop (using R click ‘Edit with Adobe photoshop CS5.1’) for batch processing.  These are automatically duplicated in Aperture, processed, then saved to the duplicate file back in Aperture.  Hence I alway have my original file, and the altered files in the same place, but the process is automatic and I don’t have to worry about duplication and where to save etc.   

Since the upgrade, the file is still duplicated, but when the alteration is saved, it is back to the original file in Aperture, not the duplicate.  I have tested the batch process from the desktop, and it is definitely a setting/preference in Aperture which is wrong.  Please can anyone help ??!!
