I recently purchased a MB Pro 15” Retina as my portable machine. When I moved my Aperture library (masters managed in the library itself) I noticed the library on the MB to be 30% smaller then on my iMac. Just to ensure previews are the same size I had both libraries recreate previews with the same quality and size. Both libraries cary all photo's and videos and seem to be complete, still the library on the MB SSD is substantially smaller. 100GB versus 150GB.
Would any if you have an idea what could be causing this? I'm afraid I'm missing something here.

Ah I got it fixed now. Had to restart both Macs and checked again. Both libraries are almost equal in size now. The small difference left probably relates to the previews that may differ between a non Retina and a Retina Mac.
